Whenever grass-root members could raise their voices to the government, through their representative at the national level, that would be the time that disabled people have a strong position to make information and comments on my works from my network.&lt;br /&gt;If I rate them in the form of content and accessibility between1-4, I give 4.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Comments It is for information exchange, share experience and knowledge and keep network alive with all participants and interested actors.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here I find several Blogs to read and I to get comment on issues
